Notice for DHIS users

Application for DHIS and DHIS-related system accounts

For the purposes of teaching, training and/or research, Staff/ Students could apply for access to the Dental Health Information System (DHIS) and related systems, and Patient Records of The Prince Philip Dental Hospital (PPDH)

Staff/ Students should agree to abide and be bound by the prevailing Rules Governing Patient Care and Handling of Patient Information, and its subsequent revised versions issued by the Dean, Faculty of Dentistry, The University of Hong Kong/ Director of The Prince Philip Dental Hospital from time to time.

Staff/ Students are required to pay heed to the prevailing Regulations Governing Use of Computers and Applications Systems issued by the Hospital when using the Hospital computers/ application software/ network or connecting their own computers to the Hospital network.
